Our fresh, succulent and juicy oysters are caught and shipped the same day. Each order is packed with ice packs and includes a shipping tag stating the harvest date and harvest location of where the oysters were caught.
Enjoy on the half shell naked, with lemon or with our favorite Keltchner’s cocktail sauce. You can also grill them, fry them or bake them.
*We recommend using one of our high quality shucking knives.
