Little Neck

Less than 2 ¾ inches in size, hard shelled, and named after Littleneck Bay on Long Island. Throw them on the grill, serve them with pasta or enjoy them on the half shell with our favorite Keltchners cocktail sauce. They are the smallest of our clams, the most tender and the sweetest. 

You can also try Little Neck Clams in soups, stews or clams casino.

Top Neck

Slightly larger than Little Neck clams. Hard shelled. Great for clams casino, with pasta or on the half shell.
