Everyday essentials
Our fresh, succulent and juicy oysters are caught and shipped the same day. Each order is packed with ice packs and includes a shipping tag stating the harvest date and harvest location of where the oysters were caught.
They are the smallest of our clams, the most tender and the sweetest. Less than 2 ¾ inches in size, hard shelled, and named after Littleneck Bay on Long Island. Throw them on the grill, serve them with pasta or enjoy them on the half shell with our favorite Keltchners cocktail sauce.
Fresh live lobster straight from the sound to you! Our lobsters are caught daily and shipped in a styrofoam box with ice packs.

As one of the last traditional oyster farms in the US, for four generations we've harvested high-quality, sustainable oysters from the cold, nutrient-rich waters of Connecticut. With a fleet of fifteen boats and a dedicated crew, our passion for the ocean runs deep and guides everything we do.
